New Zealand wide flat rate shipping of $8 for standard addresses, $12 for rural addresses. Please allow up to 7 days for hand crafting and 1 - 3 business days for delivery.
RETURNS
We are happy to exchange your items or offer store credit if what you ordered isn't quite what you were after. Items should be in new condition and returned in the original packaging.
REPAIRS
If your pooch chews through the webbing then we may be able to repair your item for a reduced cost rather than replacing the entire item. Send us an email at hello@houndsware.co.nz and we will give you a quote.
GUARANTEE
All our products are handmade to order, so we pride ourselves on quality and the strength of the product. If in the odd circumstance you happen to find a defect in the materials or workmanship, which would cause the product to fail, we will happily repair or replace it.
Please do keep in mind that our products are handmade and so there may be slight differences between items. We see this as part of the beauty of handmade items and take a more wabi-sabi approach to things: that is that imperfections give handmade products character and patina is something to look forward to.
CARE GUIDE
We know that houndsware can be a messy business. Simply hand wash or put your items in a delicates bag, throw it in the washing machine with some other items to stop it from banging around, and wash them on a cold delicates cycle.
Your items will be just about dry when they come out of the wash but lay them out flat to dry if needed. Avoid the dryer and iron.

Make sure you rinse all items in fresh water after being at the beach or around salt water, then pat all hardware dry.
